Major role of Guitar Hero series:

- Entire hair and cloth simulation : Havok Ragdoll and Accoutrement (Inhouse Vertex simulation)
- Character rigging and skinning pipeline development
- Entire GH Rocker Character retopology process for better Facial animation and Cloth simulation


Band Hero: Taylor Swift Gameplay Vignette

I had 2 assignments for Taylor Swift. Realistic facial expression, and natural hair simulation.

- Although we had to share one Motion capture animation for all characters, I tried to make her lip animation bit more convincing.

- I needed to take care of her long curly hair with just 12 Ragdoll bones, and no more available bones to take care of cloth due to game memory. In addition slowing down Bone speed in our system was quite expensive, so I couldn't force Havok to slow down hair. Instead I needed to use bit of body skin weight to reduce hair movement speed.

Havok Ragdoll is not an ideal solution for long hair. Especially bright color + obvious texture + noticeable curly hair like Taylor Swift's...

From Guitar Hero 6, I could finally be able to use vertex simulation method, but unfortunately that was the last our GH game.
